Cesar’s teachings are filled with Hebraic perspective and insights. Cesar has a burning passion to raise up and strengthen entrepreneurs to achieve their Kingdom job with the goal to disciple nations.

 

Brandi ministers along side Cesar as well as owning a real estate team here in the KC area. Her passion is to see others excel in excellence and achieve their highest potential in God, life, and business. Together, Cesar and Brandi have 3 beautiful children, Isaiah, Arin, and Levi. Shannon delights in all things organization and it shows in every aspect of her life. She has 5 amazing children with Rob Wells with whom she homeschools daily. Shannon also runs her own bakery business out of her home in Peculiar, MO and enjoys helping wherever there is a need. She loves working alongside Cesar, Brandi, and the Shift KC team to help Shift Kansas City run smoothly.

Naomi grew up leading worship with her family. Along with 6 years in the finance industry, she also helped start a music academy. Now she is raising 2 precious children with her husband Derek Vaksdal. She loves helping out with the church and pressing into God. 

Rebecca is married to Miles Dickerson and together they have 6 children. She has been involved in leading children and youth ministry for 13 years. They have a heart to raise the next generation to follow and love Jesus, to cultivate an environment where they can grow in their gifting’s, and deepen their knowledge of the love of The Father.
